	Sri Mandava Venkataramaiah comes from a distinguished agricultural family, hailing from Guntur District. He did B.Sc (Agriculture) in Banaras Hindu University and is a Post Graduate in Agriculture from B. R. College, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. He is the founder Chairman Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd., a visionary, who wanted to serve the farming fraternity by providing high quality seeds in the early 70s itself and established the company called Nuziveedu Seeds with this solemn objective. Has vast experience in Government Sector and particularly in Seed Industry & Agricultural Sector. Involved in assisting farmers, rural development, education of merit students from rural areas, conducting medical camps in villages and bringing about alround development of villages.

	Smt. Mandava Rama Devi is a Founder Trustee in Mandava Foundation. She is a great inspirator to economically backward students in rural areas and extends timely financial support to merit students from poor families. Also organizes periodical health camps, eye camps etc. to serve the needy patients in rural areas. Very sympathetic to girl students from poor families in rural areas and puts in special efforts to construct and provide suitable accommodation to them.

	Shri Mandava Prabhakar Rao is an alumni of Banaras Hindu University with a brilliant academic career. Stood second in the University in B.Sc (Agriculture) and achieved 1st rank in M.Sc (Agriculture). Recipient of Gold Medal and Merit Scholarship in his Post Graduation. He is the Managing Director of M/s. Nuziveedu Seeds Limited (NSL) and under his able leadership transformed the company into one of the leading seed companies in the country. The company is the winner of DSIR-National Award, 2002 instituted by Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India for its R&D achievements, under his able leadership. He has been on the Board of Directors of the All India Seed Growers, Merchants & Nurserymen Association for 4 years and Andhra Pradesh Cotton Association, Guntur. Also served as a member in Central Seed Certification Board, constituted as per the Seeds Act, 1966, for 2 years between 1985 to 1987 and is again renominated for 2 years from 2003 to 2005. Has been the President of Andhra Pradesh Seedsmen Association from 2001-2003. He was also been the President of Indian Seed Industry Association. Presently, he is the President of National Seed Association of India, recently formed with the merger of four apex seed associations at national level. He is also a member of Board of Management of Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University for the Second Term. With his zeal and dynamism he has been rendering yeoman service to the rural community by ensuring to supply quality seeds to farmers. Has keen insight into the problems of rural poor and providing timely financial support in the fields of Health, Education, Rural Development.


	Smt. Mandava Asha Priya is a Post Graduate in Home Science. She stood University First in M.Sc (Child Development) in the year 1984. She also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Kuchipudi Dance. Presently, she is a Director in the Board of Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd. She is having business experience of over 20 years in Agri. Seed Business, Production and Marketing. In addition to her interest in supporting the rural poor in the fields of Education, Health and Rural Development, she has a keen eye on Heritage Preservation in the country. Provides timely support to ancient forms of dances, arts, spiritual centres etc. Being very sympathetic to economically backward young girls in rural areas, she is supporting and developing vocational training centres to help the young girls stand on their own feet.



	Shri G.V.Purnachandra Rao is a senior Chartered Accountant and also a senior partner in M/s. Umamaheswara Rao & Co., a reputed Chartered Accountants Firm in the state of Andhra Pradesh. He acted as Treasurer & Secretary General of Technical Education Society, Gudivada which runs V.K.R. & V.N.B. Polytechnic College and A.N.R.P.L. Arts & Science College. He is also Founder Partner of M/s. Purnachandra Rao & Co., Gudivada and in practice for the last 44 Years. Also acted as Vice President of Akkineni Nageswara Rao College, Gudivada. Continues to be a member of Kondapalli Tati Reddy Women’s College, Gudivada. He is also a Life Member of Nagarjuna Educational Society, Guntur, which is running many educational institutions like J.K.C.College, Engineering College, Law College, Public School etc. He was the Chairman of several service organizations at Gudivada like Rotary, Lions, Inner Wheel, Jaycees, Bharath Vikas Parishad etc. for taking up the project of mosquito eradication at Gudivada. President of All India Movement for Seva (AIM for Seva), Gudivada Branch. Executive Committee member of the prestigious Nadamuri Taraka Rama Rao Stadium at Gudivada.



	Dr. Mandava Gangadhar Rao comes from a distinguished agricultural family, hailing from Guntur District. He did M. B. B. S and M.D., in Patna University. He is an eminent physician serving poor people in and around Nuziveedu for the last 30 years. He is committed to rural development through bringing improvement in the health of the people, education to poor students with merit and bringing alround development in rural areas.
